Este fen\u00f3meno coincide con un <strong>contexto de mayores restricciones a la publicidad personalizada<\/strong> en plataformas digitales, derivadas del fortalecimiento de la <strong>privacidad del usuario<\/strong> mediante normativas como el <strong>RGPD<\/strong> (GDPR en ingl\u00e9s) y otras leyes nacionales de protecci\u00f3n de datos.<\/p>\n<p>En los mercados con <strong>regulaciones estrictas<\/strong> \u2013por ejemplo, Alemania, Francia y Pa\u00edses Bajos\u2013 las empresas han tenido que replantear sus t\u00e1cticas de marketing digital. Como consecuencia, la capacidad para crear <strong>anuncios personalizados<\/strong> se limit\u00f3 sustancialmente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"timeline-item\">\n<div class=\"timeline-date\">2023<\/div>\n<div class=\"timeline-content\">\n<p>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0167811623000708\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">estudio publicado en el International Journal of Research in Marketing<\/a> ya mostraba que la <strong>efectividad<\/strong> de la publicidad online <strong>disminuy\u00f3<\/strong> aproximadamente en un <strong>65%<\/strong> tras la implementaci\u00f3n de las restricciones al uso de cookies en la UE.<\/p>\n<p>En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto significa que <strong>muchos usuarios rechazan el seguimiento<\/strong> (banners de cookies no aceptados) o usan bloqueadores de anuncios, cercenando el alcance de la publicidad dirigida.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n<\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p><strong>Las grandes plataformas<\/strong> han tenido que adaptarse. Por ejemplo, Meta (matriz de Facebook e Instagram) present\u00f3 en 2024 una opci\u00f3n de uso con <strong>publicidad menos personalizada<\/strong> e incluso una <strong>suscripci\u00f3n de pago sin publicidad<\/strong> para cumplir con las exigencias legales.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n los navegadores y fabricantes de dispositivos han impuesto sus propias medidas de privacidad: el caso m\u00e1s notable es <strong>Apple<\/strong> con la funci\u00f3n de transparencia de seguimiento (<strong>App Tracking Transparency<\/strong>, en 2021), que dificulta el rastreo de comportamiento de usuarios en apps. A nivel mundial, el valor de este mercado pas\u00f3 de unos 1.700 millones de d\u00f3lares en 2016 a <strong>16.500 millones de d\u00f3lares en 2022<\/strong>, seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/ir.tourn.com\/market-overview-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cifras de la agencia Tourn International<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta tendencia global es especialmente notoria en Europa: el gasto en <strong>creator marketing<\/strong> se <strong>multiplic\u00f3 por cuatro desde 2016<\/strong>, tal y como refleja un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tsch.agency\/blogs\/the-rise-of-influencer-marketing-in-europe--a-boon-for-businesses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informe de la agencia TSCH<\/a>. En pa\u00edses como Francia, Alemania, Italia, Pa\u00edses Bajos y Espa\u00f1a esta tendencia no ha hecho m\u00e1s que despegar y las previsiones apuntan a que <strong>seguir\u00e1 creciendo<\/strong> en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.puromarketing.com\/125\/215220\/inversion-influencer-marketing-crece-2024-alcanzando-1259-millones-euros\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Estudio de Inversi\u00f3n Publicitaria en Medios Digitales 2025 de IAB Spain<\/a>, la inversi\u00f3n en influencer marketing en Espa\u00f1a creci\u00f3 un <strong>59% durante 2024<\/strong>, alcanzando los 125,9 millones de euros invertidos.
